Santa Clarita Party Bus Rentals in One Place
Santamariapartybuscompany.com is not a bus company. It's a free quote-comparison website that makes it easy for you to find group transportation serving Santa Clarita and the surrounding Santa Clarita Valley — without creating an account, without calling five different companies, and without waiting days for someone to call you back.
Here's how it works: enter your date, your group size, and where you're headed. In seconds, you'll see different vehicle options and rates from transportation providers serving the area. Compare what's available, pick the package that fits your needs, and get your group moving.
That's it. No obligation, no account required. If you'd rather talk it through with someone, the phone line at 805-998-2860 is open every day of the year.
Santa Clarita sits at the northern edge of Los Angeles County, and getting a big group anywhere — from Six Flags Magic Mountain to a Saugus wine trail to a Staples Center concert — means dealing with the 5 Freeway, the 14, and some of the most unpredictable traffic in Southern California. A bus rental in Santa Clarita keeps your group together and keeps the planning simple. Call 805-998-2860 or use the online form to see what's available for your date!

Santa Clarita Bus Amenities Built Around Your Trip
Not every Santa Clarita group trip calls for the same setup. A 25-passenger party bus heading out for a bachelorette night typically comes with wraparound perimeter seating, color-changing LED lighting, flat-panel TVs, and a premium Bluetooth sound system built in. A minibus is a better call for corporate shuttles or wedding guest transfers along the Valencia corridor — reclining seats, strong A/C, and greater maneuverability on tighter residential streets near venue drop-offs.
Full-size charter buses bring overhead storage, onboard restrooms, and undercarriage luggage bays, which makes them the right fit for longer runs down the 5 to Dodger Stadium or out to Palm Springs for a group getaway.
Amenities vary by vehicle and provider, but the comparison tool makes it easy to see what each option includes before you commit. Call 805-998-2860 any time for help narrowing it down!

Wraparound Leather Seats

Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. How Much Does a Party Bus Cost in Santa Clarita?
Santa Clarita party bus rental prices shift based on vehicle size, how long you need it, and the time of year. To give you a general idea of what to plan around: a minibus rental runs roughly $200–$275 per hour on weekdays and $200–$275 on weekends, while a 25-passenger party bus typically lands in the $250–$375 per hour range depending on the day. A full 56-passenger charter bus for a longer haul ranges from around $200–$350 per hour.
Per-day rates vary widely by vehicle class and the specific date.

Your Shortcut to the Right Santa Clarita Party Bus
The traditional way to find group transportation is brutal: search Google for Santa Clarita bus companies, call three or four of them during business hours, describe your whole trip each time, wait on callbacks, get quotes that don't line up, and try to compare vehicles you've never seen. That process takes days.
Santamariapartybuscompany.com replaces that entirely. Fill out one form — or make one call — and see vehicles, pictures, and rates from providers serving the Santa Clarita Valley side by side. You're not locked into a single fleet, which means far more options across vehicle size, amenities, and price point than any one company can offer you.
If a 20-passenger party bus is sold out for your date, you'll see what else is available immediately.
And because this site is not a bus company, there's no upsell pressure, no rigid rules pushed at you, no script. The support team at 805-998-2860 is available every single day, answers questions about specific vehicles and itineraries, and can help you figure out what size bus makes sense for a 38-person group heading to a wedding in Westlake Village. That's a real conversation, not a chatbot.
No account required, free quote, takes about a minute. What else would you need?
Group Transportation Services for Santa Clarita Events
Whether it's a prom group from Golden Valley High, a corporate shuttle circuit through the Valencia business park, or a wine tour through the Santa Clarita Valley wine trail, there's a vehicle in the network for it. Group transportation options cover everything from one-way airport transfers to full multi-stop day itineraries across the SCV and greater LA.

Santa Clarita Airport Shuttles & Transportation
The two closest major airports to Santa Clarita are Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) (1 World Way, Los Angeles, CA 90045) and Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) (2627 N Hollywood Way, Burbank, CA 91505). BUR is the closer and easier option for most Santa Clarita travelers — roughly 20–25 miles via the 5 South to the 170 South, without the 405 gridlock that buries LAX-bound groups during peak hours. LAX is a longer haul but the right airport for international flights and the bulk of domestic routes.
For a group flying in or out of either airport, coordinating multiple rideshares across different terminals at different times is a real headache — and parking at LAX runs $40+ per day in the central garage, which adds up fast for longer trips. A charter bus or minibus rental for Santa Clarita airport transportation moves the whole group together: one vehicle, one pickup point, one drop-off. Gather your group first, then call 805-998-2860 to confirm the bus is ready at the agreed pickup location.
Don't call the bus to the curb until everyone has their luggage in hand.

Santa Clarita Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Santa Clarita itself has a growing collection of wine tasting rooms and local bars along the Santa Clarita Valley wine trail, but most bachelor and bachelorette groups in the SCV eventually head south toward Hollywood, Koreatown, or West Hollywood for the late-night portion of the itinerary. The problem is obvious: if someone drives, someone sits out the fun. If everyone Ubers, the group scatters by the third stop and getting everyone back to the same place at midnight gets complicated fast.
A Santa Clarita bachelorette party bus rental keeps the whole group in one place from the first stop to the last — with a sound system and LED lighting to keep the energy up between venues. Start the night at a local SCV winery, hit the 5 South toward the city, and stay out as long as the itinerary calls for without anyone watching the clock because they drove. Party buses in the 15–30 passenger range run $250–$425 per hour on weekends.
Call 805-998-2860 — the earlier you book, the better the vehicle selection for your date.

Santa Clarita Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Sweet 16s and quinceañera celebrations are a big deal in the Santa Clarita Valley, and a party bus arrival makes an entrance. A 20- or 25-passenger party bus with color-changing LEDs, a sound system loaded with the guest of honor's playlist, and wraparound seating turns the ride to the venue into part of the celebration itself. Reception halls in the area include spots like the Hyatt Regency Valencia (24500 Town Center Dr, Valencia, CA 91355) and various private event spaces along the McBean Parkway corridor.
For adult milestone birthdays — a 30th heading to a Hollywood rooftop, a 40th dinner party in Beverly Hills — a Sprinter limo or a 30-passenger party bus is the right call depending on the group size. Birthday party bus rentals run $250–$375 per hour on weekends for most party bus sizes. Fill out the form or call 805-998-2860 to see what's available for your specific date.

Santa Clarita Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Most of the major concert venues Santa Clarita residents hit are south of the 14/5 interchange — and on show nights, that corridor is not forgiving. The Hollywood Bowl (2301 N Highland Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90068) is 35 miles south and pulls massive crowds on summer nights; the Bowl's own parking is limited and lots fill by early evening, making the post-show exit on Highland Avenue genuinely painful. Kia Forum (3900 W Manchester Blvd, Inglewood, CA 90305) and Crypto.com Arena (1111 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90015) are both stadium-level venues where parking runs $30–$50 and rideshare queues post-show back up for an hour.
A Santa Clarita concert bus rental means the group rides south together, drops at the venue entrance, and gets picked up at a pre-arranged spot when the show ends — no circling for parking, no splitting up to find each other in the post-show crowd. Call 805-998-2860 to lock in your show-night bus before vehicles fill up for the date.

Santa Clarita Corporate Event Transportation
The Valencia and Westridge business parks in Santa Clarita host a significant concentration of corporate offices, and shuttling teams between hotel blocks, conference centers, and off-site dinner venues is a recurring planning challenge for event organizers in the SCV. A Santa Clarita corporate event bus — typically a minibus or a full charter bus depending on headcount — is the cleanest solution: one vehicle on a fixed schedule, no employee cars needed, no parking reimbursement paperwork.
For larger corporate moves — team travel to Dodger Stadium for a client night, convention shuttles to the Los Angeles Convention Center (1201 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90015), or a multi-day conference circuit — a 40–56 passenger charter bus with WiFi, power outlets, and overhead storage keeps the team comfortable and on schedule. The 5 South through the Newhall Pass can back up badly during morning rush hours, so building 20–30 extra minutes into any southbound corporate shuttle itinerary is standard practice. Call 805-998-2860 to discuss a package for your event.

Santa Clarita Private Event Transportation Services
Santa Clarita's biggest annual draws — the Santa Clarita Cowboy Festival at Melody Ranch Motion Picture Studio (24715 Oak Creek Ave, Newhall, CA 91321) each April, the California Poppy Festival at William S. Hart Regional Park each April, and summer concerts at Bridgeport Park — all pull large crowds into the SCV on the same weekend, which compresses parking and makes driving into those event corridors genuinely unpleasant. Melody Ranch in particular sits on a narrow stretch of Oak Creek Avenue where parking fills fast and street access gets tight during peak festival hours.
A Santa Clarita private event bus rental stages your group at a meeting point — a hotel, a neighborhood, a restaurant — and runs a clean shuttle loop so no one has to circle for parking or coordinate a carpool. For the Poppy Festival or Cowboy Festival specifically, book 6–8 weeks out from the event date. Call 805-998-2860 to talk through the itinerary.

Santa Clarita Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Santa Clarita's high schools — including Saugus High School, Golden Valley High School, Canyon High School, and William S. Hart High School — all hold proms in the April–May window, and the vehicle demand spike across the entire Los Angeles area during those six weeks is significant. For prom: book by January or expect limited availability and higher rates by spring. Waiting until March or April typically means the most popular party bus sizes are already reserved, and whatever remains prices at a premium.
A Santa Clarita prom party bus rental for 15–25 students runs roughly $250–$375 per hour on weekend evenings. Call 805-998-2860 now to check what's available — this is genuinely one of the city's most time-sensitive booking categories, and the earlier you lock in a date, the better your options.

Santa Clarita School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Field trips across the Santa Clarita Valley — to Six Flags Magic Mountain (26101 Magic Mountain Pkwy, Valencia, CA 91355), the Castaic Lake Recreation Area, the William S. Hart Museum (24151 San Fernando Rd, Newhall, CA 91321), or longer-haul trips down to the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County (900 Exposition Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90007) — all benefit from a charter bus that keeps students together from school pickup to return drop-off.
A full 56-passenger charter bus with overhead storage and onboard restrooms is the standard fit for most school group sizes, and it eliminates the parent-carpool coordination that turns field trip planning into a logistical project in its own right. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network — just mention it when requesting your quote. School event bus rentals in Santa Clarita are available any day; call 805-998-2860 for availability on your specific date.

Santa Clarita Sporting Event Transportation
Most of Santa Clarita's major sporting event destinations are south on the 5 — and on game days, the Newhall Pass and the I-5/SR-14 interchange are not where you want to be sitting in separate cars. Dodger Stadium (1000 Vin Scully Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90012) is about 35 miles south; parking runs $35 per vehicle, and the post-game exit on Academy Road backs up badly after night games. SoFi Stadium (1001 Stadium Dr, Inglewood, CA 90301) is further south still, and the preferred parking lots regularly sell out weeks ahead for Rams and Chargers home games.
A Santa Clarita sporting event charter bus handles the southbound commute while your group handles the pregame energy — the tailgate starts on the bus, not in a parking lot. At Dodger Stadium, charter buses approach via the Academy Road gate and follow commercial vehicle signage for drop-off. Check the official Dodger Stadium directions page before game day for current commercial vehicle access guidance.
Call 805-998-2860 — game-day bookings fill up fast, especially for playoff games and rivalry matchups.

Santa Clarita Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Wedding venues in and around Santa Clarita span from the elegant ballrooms at the Hyatt Regency Valencia (24500 Town Center Dr, Valencia, CA 91355) to the outdoor gardens at Malibu Rocky Oaks Estate Vineyards — a 45-minute run west on the 101 — to private ranch properties in Canyon Country. The challenge with SCV weddings is almost always the distance between the hotel block, the ceremony site, and the reception venue, especially when those three locations are in different parts of the valley.
A Santa Clarita wedding shuttle bus solves the coordination without asking guests to navigate unfamiliar streets on a Saturday evening. A minibus handles hotel-to-venue shuttle loops efficiently; a Sprinter limo is the right fit for the wedding party's private transportation on the day itself. Weddings at outdoor venues in the hills west of Santa Clarita — toward Malibu or Agoura Hills — should factor in narrow access roads where a minibus has an advantage over a full-size charter bus.
Call 805-998-2860 to discuss your venue's specific logistics before booking.

Santa Clarita Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Santa Clarita Valley has its own legitimate wine trail, anchored by a cluster of tasting rooms in and around Agua Dulce and Acton — about 20–30 minutes east of central Santa Clarita on the 14. Agua Dulce Winery (9640 Sierra Hwy, Agua Dulce, CA 91390) is the anchor of the trail, with a tasting room, event lawn, and a good food menu. A handful of smaller tasting rooms round out the Agua Dulce cluster, and the roads connecting them wind through high-desert terrain that is genuinely not fun to navigate when you've been tasting all afternoon.
A Santa Clarita winery tour bus rental is the obvious answer: the group loads up at a central pickup point in Valencia or Newhall, rides out to Agua Dulce together, hits two or three tasting rooms, and rides back without anyone watching how much they've had. A 15–25 passenger party bus or minibus is the right size for most wine tour groups in the SCV. Call 805-998-2860 to check availability — weekend dates in spring and fall book fast.

How much does a party bus cost in Santa Clarita?
Santa Clarita party bus rental prices vary based on the vehicle size, the day of the week, and how many hours you need. As a general planning range: smaller party buses (15–20 passengers) typically run $200–$350 per hour on weekdays and $250–$350 on weekends. Larger party buses in the 25–30 passenger range land around $250–$425 per hour on weekends.
A full charter bus runs $200–$350 per hour. These are ranges, not quotes — your actual rate depends on your specific date and itinerary. Fill out the form or call 805-998-2860 for a pricing estimate on your trip in about a minute.
What is the closest airport to Santa Clarita, and which one should I use?
Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) is the closest major airport to Santa Clarita — roughly 20–25 miles via the 5 South to the 170, and generally much easier to access than LAX. If your group is flying in on domestic routes and Burbank services your airline, it's the practical choice. LAX is the right call for international arrivals and most cross-country connections, but plan for significantly more ground time and traffic on the 405.
A bus rental handles either airport without anyone worrying about where to park or how many rideshares the group needs.
Can a charter bus get into Agua Dulce for a winery tour?
Yes — the main access roads to Agua Dulce Winery and the surrounding tasting rooms along Sierra Highway are paved and accessible to minibuses and standard party buses. A full-size 56-passenger charter bus can navigate Sierra Highway, though the parking areas at individual wineries vary in size. For most winery tour groups, a 15–25 passenger party bus or minibus is the better fit — easier to park between stops and more manageable on the winding two-lane stretches east of the 14.
Confirm the venue's bus parking situation when you call to make your tasting reservation.
What happens to I-5 traffic near Santa Clarita on game days and event nights?
The I-5/SR-14 interchange — the Newhall Pass — is one of the most congested freeway junctions in Los Angeles County on a normal Tuesday. On a Dodger game night, a SoFi Stadium weekend, or the day of a major event at Six Flags Magic Mountain, northbound I-5 after the game can add 30–60 minutes to the return drive from LA. Groups heading south in separate cars also face the problem in reverse — finding parking, paying for it, and coordinating a meeting point post-event.
A single charter bus stages at a pickup spot in Santa Clarita, drops at the venue, and handles the return as one unit. No one has to watch the parking meter.
Is Six Flags Magic Mountain accessible by charter bus?
Yes. Six Flags Magic Mountain (26101 Magic Mountain Pkwy, Valencia, CA 91355) has a dedicated bus and RV lot off Magic Mountain Parkway — parking is free for buses. The park sits right off the 5 Freeway at the Magic Mountain Parkway exit, making it one of the more bus-friendly large venues in the SCV.
For group reservations and specific bus lot instructions, check the official Six Flags Magic Mountain park information page before your visit. On summer weekend peak days, the parking lot fills by mid-morning, so an early departure from Santa Clarita makes a meaningful difference.
How far in advance should I book a party bus in Santa Clarita?
For most events, booking 4–8 weeks out gives you a solid range of vehicle options at standard rates. For prom season (April–May), book by January — vehicle supply across the entire Los Angeles area tightens quickly and rates climb as spring approaches. For the Cowboy Festival and California Poppy Festival weekends in April, 6–8 weeks out is the practical minimum.
The earlier you call, the more options you'll have and the less you'll pay. Call 805-998-2860 right now to check availability for your date — there's no obligation and it takes about a minute.
Popular Santa Clarita Party Bus Destinations
From Six Flags to the Santa Clarita Valley wine trail to Hollywood and beyond, the SCV is surrounded by destinations that make a whole lot more sense when the group rides together. Here are six popular spots Santa Clarita groups book buses to most often — with the logistics you'll actually need to plan the trip.

Six Flags Magic Mountain
Six Flags Magic Mountain (26101 Magic Mountain Pkwy, Valencia, CA 91355) is one of the closest major theme parks to Santa Clarita — right off the 5 Freeway at Magic Mountain Parkway, about 5 miles from central Valencia. The park has a free dedicated bus and RV lot off the main entrance road, making it genuinely bus-friendly compared to most major LA-area venues. On summer Saturdays, the general lot fills by late morning, but bus groups stage in the designated area without competing for standard spaces.
Check the official Six Flags park information page for current bus parking guidance. A charter bus from a Santa Clarita hotel block to Magic Mountain's front gate is about a 10-minute ride — and dramatically easier than coordinating a 40-person carpool. Phone: (661) 255-4100

Dodger Stadium
Dodger Stadium (1000 Vin Scully Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90012) is approximately 35 miles south of Santa Clarita via the 5 South — a drive that takes 40 minutes on a good day and over 90 on a Friday night game. Stadium parking is $35 per vehicle, cash and card accepted, and lots open 2.5 hours before first pitch. Post-game exit on Academy Road is notoriously slow — expect 20–45 minutes to clear the parking structure after a night game.
For a group of 25 people, that's $875 in parking alone before accounting for the traffic and the coordination. A charter bus or party bus drops your group at the commercial vehicle area near Academy Road, handles the return pickup, and costs a fraction of what 10 cars pay in parking combined. Review the official Dodger Stadium directions page for current commercial vehicle access information.

Melody Ranch Motion Picture Studio
Melody Ranch Motion Picture Studio (24715 Oak Creek Ave, Newhall, CA 91321) is a working Western film location and the home of the annual Santa Clarita Cowboy Festival each April — one of the valley's signature events, drawing thousands of visitors to a venue with limited on-site parking and a single access road off Oak Creek Avenue. The road itself is narrow enough that vehicle flow in and out gets backed up fast during peak festival hours, and street parking in the surrounding neighborhood fills within the first hour of opening. A bus rental that stages your group at a central Santa Clarita meeting point and runs a direct shuttle to Oak Creek Avenue cuts the parking problem entirely.
Melody Ranch also hosts private events, film shoots, and ranch-style weddings throughout the year — all situations where a minibus is dramatically easier than asking guests to find their own way to a Newhall side street. Address: 24715 Oak Creek Ave, Newhall, CA 91321

Agua Dulce Winery
Agua Dulce Winery (9640 Sierra Hwy, Agua Dulce, CA 91390) sits about 20 miles east of central Santa Clarita on the 14 Freeway — a quick drive, but a winding one once you exit the freeway onto Sierra Highway. The winery has a tasting room, a food menu, and an outdoor event lawn that hosts private parties and weekend tastings regularly. It's the natural anchor for a Santa Clarita Valley wine tour, with a couple of other tasting rooms within a short drive along the Agua Dulce corridor.
The access road from the 14 runs through high-desert terrain, and parking at individual wineries is limited enough that arriving in one bus is far more practical than arriving in eight cars hunting for spots. A minibus or party bus in the 15–25 passenger range is the right fit for most wine tour groups heading to this area. For group tastings, call ahead to the winery directly: (661) 268-7402.

Hollywood Bowl
The Hollywood Bowl (2301 N Highland Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90068) is 35 miles south of Santa Clarita and one of the most beloved concert venues in the country — but getting there and out on summer concert nights is a genuine ordeal. The Bowl's own parking lots fill hours before showtime and are sold in advance online; the surrounding streets in the Hollywood Hills feed into Highland Avenue, which bottlenecks badly in both directions. The Bowl recommends its own park-and-ride system from satellite lots as far away as Dodger Stadium.
For a Santa Clarita group heading to a summer show, a charter bus or party bus removes the entire parking and exit problem: the bus drops curbside on Highland Avenue at the venue entrance and picks the group up at a pre-arranged spot after the show ends. Review the official Hollywood Bowl directions and parking page before your date. Phone: (323) 850-2000

William S. Hart Regional Park and Museum
William S. Hart Regional Park (24151 San Fernando Rd, Newhall, CA 91321) is a 265-acre open-space park and museum in Newhall, built around the former estate of silent film star William S. Hart. The museum is operated by the Los Angeles County Department of Parks and Recreation and is free to visit; the grounds include a ranch-style mansion, a herd of American bison, hiking trails, and a picnic area. It's a popular destination for school field trips, family reunions, and historical groups in the SCV.
Bus parking is available in the main lot off San Fernando Road; the lot is large enough for full-size charter buses. The California Poppy Festival, one of the valley's biggest spring events, is held here each April and draws tens of thousands of visitors over a single weekend — parking in the surrounding Newhall streets fills completely, making a shuttle bus the cleanest way to move a large group in and out of the park. Check the official Hart Museum site for current hours and group tour policies.
